AAUW Harrisburg The Martha M. Dohner Memorial Scholarship The forms needed to apply for this scholarship are included in one PDF file. (Format requires Adobe Reader; you can download Reader free.) The seven-page document includes the:  Scholarship announcement Application form Required essay question Consent to release educational records Financial aid form Reference form Use the consent form to request verification of enrollment, an official transcript, and the completed financial aid form from your academic institution. Submit forms for your two personal references (at least one of which must be academic) along with the application form and the essay. One reference form is provided, which may be duplicated.  All of the required materials must be received by the AAUW Scholarship Chair by May 19, 2007.  Click here to download the application.
