Harrisburg Branch AAUW The Patricia L. Murray Memorial Scholarships 2007 The forms needed to apply for this scholarship are included in one PDF file. The seven-page document includes the:  Scholarship announcement Application form Required essay question Consent to release educational records Financial aid form Reference form Use the consent form to request verification of enrollment, an official transcript, and the completed financial aid form from your academic institution.  Submit forms for your two personal references (at least one of which must be academic) along with the application form and the essay.
